Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as part Wharepuhunga 7A2 and 9A2A, Lot A3 which was set apart for the purpose of a papakainga for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Raukawa tribe by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 20, page 598 of the 6th day of April 1966.
Pursuant to section 338 (5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be excluded from the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as part Wharepuhunga 7A2 and 9A2A, Lot A3 which was set apart for the purpose of a papakainga for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Raukawa tribe by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 20, page 598 of the 6th day of April 1966.
