Under the Land Act 1948, the Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule, as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977.

1.9000 hectares, more or less, situated in Block XIII, Motupiko Survey District, adjoining or passing through Sections 65, 70, 71, 72, 73, parts Section 76A and part Section 78, Town of St. Arnaud, Crown land and part Reserve No. 12 (in red), Block XIII, Motupiko Survey District, as shown marked "A" on S.O. Plan 15542, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.
