Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place for wananga, to be known as Operepe Tuarua, for the common use and benefit of the descendants of kukupa of the Te Parawhau Iwi.

All that piece of land situated in the Maungaru Survey District and described as follows:

2666 Lots No. 1 and 2, D.P. 10682, situated in the Maungaru Survey District (also known as Tangiteroria), being all of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 313, folio 23, North Auckland Land Registry.
