Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of protection to fauna and flora of the land for cultural purposes, to be known as the Nga Tamawahine O Henare Panoho Reservation, for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Tairo Panoho, Pie Panoho, Mihi Panoho and Tari Panoho, being the daughters of Henare Panoho.
