Notice Redefining the Class of Persons for Whose Use and Benefit a Reservation is Set Apart

Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons for whose use and benefit the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 59, page 1772 of 14 October 1965, is hereby redefined as being for the common use and benefit of the Waiariki subtribe of Ngapuhi and the Maori people of the Ngunguru district.
