Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Incorporated Societies Act 1908
On the 24th day of March 2000, it was resolved by special resolution that Napier Bowling Club Inc. be liquidated and that John Richard Palairet, chartered accountant of Napier, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2000.
Creditors and members may make direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The members have resolved that the club will be able to pay its debts.
