In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, and in the matter of Rodney Nelson Vialoux:
Pursuant to section 52 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given:
1. That on 1 March 2000, the said Rodney Nelson Vialoux applied for voluntary removal of his name from the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors.
2. That on 8 August 2000, the council of the Auckland District Law Society did hereby consent to the voluntary removal of the name of the said Rodney Nelson Vialoux.
3. That on 9 October 2000, the name of the said Rodney Nelson Vialoux was removed from the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors at the High Court at Auckland.
