The commencement of the following Civil Aviation Rules is suspended until applied by me by notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
Accordingly, pursuant to section 28 (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notification is hereby given that the following Civil Aviation Rules apply with effect from 1 July 2000:
121.371 (a) Cockpit voice recorder
121.373 (a) Flight data recorder
125.367 (a) Cockpit voice recorder
125.369 (a) Flight data recorder
135.367 (a) Cockpit voice recorder
135.369 (a) Flight data recorder
