Pursuant to section 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that there is no longer any member of the Board of Trustees who is eligible to preside at meetings of the board, I hereby dissolve the Mangakino Area School Board of Trustees and appoint
Mr Maurice Gianotti
as commissioner to act in its place.
This takes effect on 27 April 2000.
