Take notice that on the 26th day of October 2000, Glenys Nancy Whitcombe, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage No. B. 554925.4, South Auckland, situated at
10 Ranginui Street, Welcome Bay, Tauranga, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 20A/529, entered into possession of the property and first received income from the mortgaged property.
