The liquidation of the above-named company has been completed and the final report and statement of receipts and payments have been sent to the Registrar, pursuant to Section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, together with a request that the above-named company be removed from the Register.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 27th day of November 2000.
