Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 293 (3) of the Companies Act 1955, that unless written objection, pursuant to section 296, is delivered to the Registrar by the 24th day of November 2000 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar intends to remove Ensgate Two Limited (in liquidation) from the Register on the grounds set out in section 293 (1) (c) of the Act, that is:
The company has been put into liquidation, and
(a) No liquidator is acting; or
(b) The documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of this Act have not been sent or delivered to the Registrar within 6 months after the liquidation of the company is completed.
