Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Companies From the New Zealand Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove each of Aeneid Thirty Two Limited, Big W Stores Limited, Big W Discount Stores Limited, Skari Nominees Limited and Bandina Services Limited from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that each has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
The registered office of each of the companies is 21 Laidlaw Way, off Ormiston Road, East Tamaki, Auckland.
Any objections, under section 318 (1) (d), must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 7th day of July 2000.
