Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Murex Diagnostics Australia Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia and having a place of business in New Zealand at 737 Great South Road, Otahuhu, Auckland, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
