Take notice that on the 27th day of July 2000, an application for the liquidation of Awning Specialists Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on the 12th day of October 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Sweetmans Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Paul Thomas, Level Two, Baycorp House, 15 Hopetoun Street, Auckland.
