Take notice that on the 2nd day of May 2000, an application for putting Sun Liquid Inks (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 7th day of September 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Sun Chemicals Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Palmer & Associates, Solicitors, 203 Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland.
