Take notice that on the 26th day of June 2000, an application for putting J A Preston Limited (trading as Homeplus Tauranga) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 21st day of August 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Boral Lineals (a division of Boral Building Products (NZ) Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Joyce Spence Teei, 2 Railside Avenue (P.O. Box 21-247 or D.X. D.P. 92-504), Henderson, Auckland.
