Take notice that on the 28th day of June 2000, an application for putting Hutt Valley Cartage & Customs Agency Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 31st day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the 27th day of July 2000.
A statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the applicant's address for service.
The applicant is National Express Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Wynyard Wood, Solicitors, 120 Albert Street (P.O. Box 6048), Auckland.
