Take notice that on Wednesday, the 31st day of May 2000, an application for putting Shannon Pharmacy Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Palmerston North on Monday, the 24th day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is C R Collecutt Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Skeates Simpson Dowsett, 1280 Dominion Road, Mt Roskill, Auckland.
