Take notice that on the 18th day of May 2000, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Affinity Charters Limited, was filed in the High Court at Blenheim.
The order sought is an order:
(a) Requiring the company or any other person to acquire the company's shares at a value to be set by the Court; or
(b) Regulating the future conduct of the company's affairs; or
(c) Putting the company into liquidation; or
(d) For other relief as the Court deems just and equitable, pursuant to section 174 of the Companies Act 1993.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Blenheim on the 28th day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
