Take notice that on the 18th day of May 2000, an application for putting Metro City Management Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 6th day of July 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Yang Ming-Hsiang and Yang Tsai Chiao-Yun, whose address for service is at the offices of Gellert Ivanson, First Floor, 16-20 St Heliers Bay Road (P.O. Box 25-239 or D.X. C.P. 35-513), St Heliers, Auckland.
