Take notice that on the 14th day of April 2000, an application for putting Westair Flying Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Greymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Greymouth on Tuesday, the 15th day of August 2000 at 11.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is The Civil Aviation Authority of
New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Solicitors, Gibson Sheat Centre, 1 Margaret Street (Private Bag 31-905 or D.X. T.P. 42-008), Lower Hutt.
