Take notice that on the 12th day of May 2000, an application for the appointment of a liquidator and for putting Te Pohue Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 19th day of June 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Walakahai Pacific Corporation Limited (under statutory management), whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the applicant may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at a document exchange
for directions to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch.
