145 Symonds Street, Auckland, and carrying on business as a provider of services including business seminars under the name or style of World Masters of Business-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 30th day of March 2000, an application for putting Corporate Training Resources Limited (trading as World Masters of Business) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 25th day of May 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Hollands Printing Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of John Hickey, Solicitor, First Floor, 33C Constellation Drive, North Shore (P.O. Box
100-802, North Shore Mail Centre), Auckland 10.
