And-Log Haulaway Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Taupo-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 27th day of March 2000, an application for putting Log Haulaway Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 15th day of May 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is BP Oil New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley & Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
