Take notice that on the 5th day of April 2000, an application for putting Wilco Imports Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 501 Blenheim
Road, Christchurch, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 15th day of May 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Okada Trading Co Limited, whose solicitor is Kevin William Clay, of the firm Macfarlane Dougall Stringer.
