And-B & B Design and Marketing Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 23rd day of February 2000, an application for putting B & B Design and Marketing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 18th day of May 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Hirepool Auckland Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of S J Scannell & Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
