Take notice that on the 3rd day of March 2000, an application for putting Sealcrete Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 17th day of April 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
