Take notice that on the 16th day of December 1999 an application for the winding up of Reinheima Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Level One, 287 Durham Street, Christchurch, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 20th day of March 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Lynley Gweneth Kelland, whose address for service is at the offices of French Burt Partners,
100 Don Street, Invercargill.
