State Highway No. 67
Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State Highway No. 67 described in the Schedule hereto, is revoked within the meaning and for the purpose of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
Schedule
The section of State Highway No. 67 in Buller District, approximately 2 kilometres generally south-west of
the Mokihinui River Bridge, being that area of land
(1.378 hectares) described as legal road and shown as
areas "T", "AC", "U" and "V" on S.O. Plan 15487.
