Pursuant to section 88 (1) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette dated 18 May 1995, declaring the Temuka Bypass section of State Highway
No. 1 to be limited access road.
Amendment
Delete "the northern abutment of the Temuka River Bridge (RP 481/7.75)" and replace with "a point (RP 481/7.415) on the eastern side of the State highway, 325 metres generally north of the northern abutment of the Temuka River Bridge and, on the western side of the State highway, a point
(RP 418/7.418), 322 metres generally north of the northern abutment of the Temuka River Bridge."
