Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Business Development Corporation Limited passed a special resolution on the 24th day of January 2000 winding up the company and appointed Warwick John Ainger, chartered accountant of Ainger Tomlin, Chartered Accountants, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company with effect from the 24th day of January 2000.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 28th day of February 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
