Notice of Application to Appoint New Liquidators

Under the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Mittons Fashions (1985) Limited (in liquidation):
Take notice that I, the undersigned liquidator of the
above-named company, have applied to the High Court at Christchurch for the following orders:
1. An order appointing liquidators in place of the official assignee, namely David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, both of Christchurch.
2. Such further or other order or direction as to the Court seems proper.
That, by order of Master Venning made on the 8th day of September 2000, the said application will be heard at the High Court at Christchurch on the 25th day of October 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Further, by order of Master Venning, any creditor who intends to appear, whether in person or by counsel, shall file at the High Court Registry, Christchurch, and serve a copy on the official assignee:
(a) A notice of intention to appear in writing; and
(b) Any representation or submission in writing no later than 10 days before the said hearing date.
The address for service of the official assignee is Level Five, Cardinal House, corner of Gloucester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
