Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Brucies Burgers Limited (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 (the "Act"), on the 21st day of September at 10.36 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice is also given that as liquidators of Brucies Burgers Limited (in liquidation) we fix the 22nd day of December 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
