Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of January 2000, Anthony John MCCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of Marketlink Contract Warehousing Limited (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court in Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 20th day of June 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims they have under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
