Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (1) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 8th day of December 1999, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that J.D. McRobie Limited be liquidated and that William Brian Parker, chartered accountant of Blenheim, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of January 2000.
