Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Jon Charles Ash, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of Flexible Fashions Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of August
2000 at 11.00 a.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
31st day of October 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
