Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on the 8th day of August 2000, appointed John Lawrence Vague and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on the 31st day of August 2000 at 11.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidator's committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
