Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that on the 14th day of August 2000, PGN Holdings Limited was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch to be put into liquidation.
Ian Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of August 2000.
