Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Graeme Stuart Knobloch, chartered accountant of Gardiner Knobloch, was appointed liquidator of Pest Control Services (HB) 1996 Limited.
The liquidation is voluntary and is to be carried out as the company has ceased trading and a solvency certificate has been completed.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of August 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Graeme Stuart Knobloch at Wilket House, Shakespeare Road, Napier or telephone (06) 835 5018.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
19th day of September 2000, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
