Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 28th day of July 2000 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993:
1. That the company having ceased business and paid its debts in full, the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Graeme Law Ingham of Ingham Mora Malcolm
& Rassell, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation of this solvent company commenced on the 1st day of August 2000.
