Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed by the shareholders as joint and several liquidators of Commandoor International Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of July 2000.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to Prue Sutherland at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auckland, on telephone (09) 355 8691.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 1st day of November 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
