Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on the 25th day of July 2000, passed a resolution appointing Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland on Tuesday, the 22nd day of August 2000 at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidator's committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
