Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that on the 28th day of June 2000, Just Lingerie Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation.
Ian Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of June 2000 at 1.00 p.m.
