Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Jonathan Dent, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator on the 16th day of June 2000 at 2.00 p.m., by special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on that day at that time.
Solvency Certificate
The directors have provided a solvency certificate.
Meeting of Creditors
There will be no meeting of creditors.
Notice of Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 24th day of July 2000, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at this date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution to creditors and may not object to that distribution.
