Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 30th day of December 1999, a special resolution was passed by the company stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Murray George Allott be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Corboy Drainage & Contracting Limited (in receivership) (in liquidation), fix the 25th day of January 2000 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors is to be held, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, and further the liquidator has determined to call a meeting, pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993, to be held concurrently.
The meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Monday, the 17th day of January 2000 at The Conference Room, Southern Cross Motor Inn, 222 Ulster Street, Hamilton.
