Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Eastside Rigging Limited be liquidated and that Gilbert Dale Chapman, of 149 Ti Rakau Drive, Pakuranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of June 2000.
