Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of AD International Limited by the High
Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 12th day of June 2000.
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
18th day of September 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
