Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of David Lornie Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on the 8th day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m., in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the company was placed in liquidation and Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidators hereby fix the 20th day of July 2000, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
