Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, by way of special resolution at
a meeting of the shareholders of the company, James
Bruce Alfred McAlister was appointed liquidator of the
above-named company on the 13th day of June 2000.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of June 2000.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 15th day of July 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
